SproutSheets ("we") makes printable worksheets for teachers and parents. We collect as little as possible and never sell your data. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

• A device id (cookie). When you save or share a worksheet we set a random id in a cookie so we can show you "My worksheets". It is not linked to your identity.
• Worksheets you save or share. Stored so you (and, if you share, anyone with the link) can reopen them.
• Email + payment details (Pro only). If you subscribe to Pro, payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. We keep your subscription status to unlock Pro features.
• Anonymous usage analytics. Aggregate page views to understand what is useful. No selling, no ad networks.
• Worksheet prompts. Topics you type for AI worksheets are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) to generate content, and may be briefly cached. Do not enter personal or student-identifying information.

How content you create is used

Worksheets you generate, save, share or submit as feedback may be used, in aggregate and without identifying you, to improve SproutSheets and to inform the creation of similar worksheets, templates and content on the site. Do not include personal or student-identifying information in anything you create or share.

What we do NOT do

We do not sell your data, run third-party ad tracking, or require an account to use the free tools. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Your rights

You can clear your saved worksheets by clearing cookies, or email us to delete your data and cancel Pro. Under GDPR/Australian Privacy Principles you can request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
